Introduction

Hey everyone, over the last years I had many flights with the well-known airline that flies to most countries in the world – Turkish Airlines.

Each flight I had, I felt thrilled to try another aircraft of their fleet and experience their products. In this post, I would like to introduce you to the Turkish Airlines fleet with its most prevalent models.

Today, Turkish Airlines possess eighteen aircraft models that sum up to 350 planes that are being operated daily (except their B737 Max).

Fleet

B777-300ER

The B777-300ER is operated on many Turkish Airlines routes, between them you can find: New-York, Barcelona, Beijing and more. The premium cabin in this model is configured with a 2-3-2 seat configuration.

B787-9

Turkish Airlines has got its B787-9 just recently in late 2019 with more incoming orders this year! The premium cabin in this model is configured with all aisle direct access (1-2-1 seat configuration).

The Dreamliner is being operated to more than 16 destinations, between them can be found: Tel-Aviv, Amsterdam, Paris, New-York and more.

B737-800

The B737 is one of the most common aircraft models of Turkish Airlines. With almost 200 aircraft on its fleet, Turkish manages to operate almost all of its European routes and other short and medium destinations with the B737.

The premium cabin configuration on the B737 is set to 2-2 seat configuration with extra recliner seat that makes it to one of the most narrow-body premium cabins.

The A330-300 is one of the Turkish wide-body common models. The A330-300 premium cabin is configured with a 2-2-2 seat configuration and being operated to many short, medium and long destinations.

The A321neo is one of the new Turkish Airlines aircraft models that operate the short and medium destinations.

The A321neo premium cabin is configured with a 2-2 seat configuration with extra reclining seats.

This model can be found in the routes between Istanbul and for example Barcelona, Zurich, Bucharest and more.
